The combined knowledge of Sanesco’s outstanding multi-disciplinary Medical Board supports practitioners of integrative medicine with an unprecedented level of expertise in providing clinical solutions for their patients. Comprised of physicians, naturopathic doctors and nutritionists, many maintain active private practices and understand first-hand the challenges faced by practitioners today. The Board’s collective goal is to assess and correct imbalances in the body’s Communication System. Led by Chief Medical Officer Dr R.W. Watkins, MD, MPH, FAAFP, the members' varied expertise in integrative medicine serves as the foundation of Sanesco’s Communication System Management (CSM) model. This team also play a key role in the clinical training programs and educational initiatives the company offers to support practitioners. Together, the Medical Board represents the front line of Sanesco’s commitment to offer the most advanced clinical tools available to prevent and treat the underlying cause(s) of disease. |

Dr. Watkins earned his medical degree at East Carolina School of Medicine, and completed his internship and residency in Family Medicine at Florida Hospital, Orlando in 1989. He has a Master's in Public Health in Health Promotion and Nutrition from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California, with experience in both academic and corporate medicine.

I am also excited to be directing the education and training of physicians and allied health care professionals in the practice of balancing this system.”
Dr Koren Barrett is a California licensed naturopathic doctor. Dr Barrett has been in private practice in the Orange County area since 2003 offering integrative medical care. Dr Barrett combines the best of both mainstream and natural therapies in one practice utilizing a variety of therapeutics including dietary and lifestyle counseling, herbal medicine, nutritional supplementation, and incorporating pharmaceutical prescriptions when needed.
Dr Norling is an established Integrative Medicine practitioner, author, speaker, and is a nationally recognized leader in natural approaches to health and healing. She brings extensive experiences to Sanesco’s Medical Board in a wide range of areas in healthcare, including practicing women’s health and Integrative Medicine, serving as Medical Director and as Vice President of two large health organizations.A Practitioner Perspective
